Listed prices do not include shipping.
A standard flat shipping rate of $100.00 USD is offered to customers in the USA only.

Payments accepted by PayPal only. PayPal payments can be made to gazz@gazzbass.com

Once payment is made, the period between the payment and actual shipping can vary upon the following:

• If customization of the instrument is offered (such as special head stock engraving), allow three (3) days from date of payment to shipping date.
• If a hard case is ordered, allow five (5) days from date of payment to shipping date.
• If no customization or hard case is required, the instrument will be ready to ship within 48 hours or the order date.

Once the instrument is ready to ship, the customer will be notified. The shipping cost will then become due.
I will contact the customer with shipping cost options. Once shipping costs are paid, the instrument will ship on that day, or the next day, depending on the time the shipping payment was received.

Note that international customers may be required to pay customs taxes upon receipt of the instrument at their destination.

I will be personally available for the duration of the sales process, and over the limited warranty period.

A 90 day limited warranty if offered with prototype/concept instruments, covering defective parts.

• A certificate of authenticity and ownership
• Setup tools
• Cleaning and maintenance materials
• Shoulder strap
• Gig bag as standard (hard case optional, add $100 USD, see pricing)
• Instrument documentation
